<p><strong>Procedure</strong></p>
<p><strong>1.</strong>   Line a 15x10x1-inch baking pan with heavy-duty foil; brush with 2 teaspoons of the oil. Set aside.</p>
<p><strong>2.</strong>   Cut the potatoes lengthwise into 1/2-inch-thick wedges. Transfer to a large bowl. Add remaining 2 teaspoons oil; toss to coat. Sprinkle potato wedges with salt and pepper, tossing to coat. Arrange potato wedges in a single layer in prepared baking pan.</p>
<p><strong>3.</strong>   Bake in a 450 degrees  oven for 12 minutes. Carefully turn potato wedges; sprinkle with cheese. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes more or until potatoes are tender and golden. Serve immediately.</p>

<p style="text-align:justify;">Just because we feel negative about a certain event, it does not mean that the event itself is negative. All it means is that our perception of the event was negative. By looking at the same event from a more positive perspective, we can change how we feel about it.</p>
<p style="text-align:justify;">There is always a more positive perspective available &#8211; we just have to make an effort to find it. If it is not easily visible to us&#8211; other people, who are neutral to the situation or in generally more positive, can help us find that perspective.</p>
<p style="text-align:justify;">Changing our perspective will change the experience of our life. The reality we create defines who we are, and not outside events. All we need to learn is to tell a better story!</p>
